2000-2008
Financial Services Foundation
Devon entered the mortgage industry in 2000, ultimately building one of Illinois' largest mortgage origination companies with multiple regional offices. Simultaneously, he launched a commercial cleaning service in 2002, creating a diverse portfolio of recurring revenue streams.
2008-2015
Real Estate Portfolio Development
Following the Great Financial Crisis, Devon pivoted to building a national portfolio of both short-term and long-term rental properties. During this period, he also developed an extensive restaurant portfolio and pioneered the integration of robotic servers—demonstrating his commitment to operational innovation.
2015-2020
Expansion and Innovation
As the real estate portfolio grew, Devon added corporate leasing services, enabling continued national expansion. His restaurants became testing grounds for cutting-edge service technology, positioning the company at the forefront of hospitality innovation.
2020-Present
Strategic Adaptation and Growth
When COVID-19 impacted the restaurant industry, Devon executed a strategic pivot, divesting restaurant assets and entering the logistics sector through trucking operations, and expanding his real estate portfolio. The rapid growth that followed necessitated the creation of a national recruiting agency to scale human capital alongside business expansion.
